How do we do this?
We produce each course in a non-critical group atmosphere. We hold all 7 sessions in 1 day beginning at 8:30am and ending at 5:30pm. We hold this 1-day course format for the general public on Saturdays, too. We can arrange for company members to attend the course during a weekday or a Saturday … whichever is most convenient. The other alternative is to break the course into 7 different sessions to further serve the clients.
What happens at the end of the course?
Participants form friendships during the course. They feel a part of a group of self-directed individuals. To celebrate this achievement, the course concludes with a graduation occasion to acknowledge these lasting friendships. Where does this happen? Each group is different. Among themselves, the group designs this occasion at a venue they choose that honors each other for the changes in their lives and includes those they choose to invite. We have seen groups choose movies, plays, high school performances for their kids or grandkids, concerts, weekend trips, and/or restaurants.
